Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Are Mewaz dry fruits fresh?

Yes. We make every batch within 24 hours of your order, so nothing comes from long-stored stock. Each pack also has a 3-month shelf life from the manufacturing date, printed on the pack.

Where do your cashews, almonds and raisins come from?

Our cashews come from Goa, our almonds from California, and our raisins (sold as Afghan Kismiss) from Afghanistan. We grade every batch before packing so size and quality stay consistent.

What is the shelf life of dry fruits and roasted nuts?

Unopened packs stay fresh for 3 months from the manufacturing date. And since each batch is made within 24 hours of your order, it isn't old stock. The best-before date is printed on every pack.

Do you have healthy or sugar free options?

Yes. You'll find unsweetened whole nuts, a healthy roasted nut mix without sugar, and mixed dry fruit packs with no added sugar. Each product page lists the ingredients, so you can check before you order.

How many almonds should I eat in a day?

A good serving size for healthy adults is a small handful of almonds, or about 5 to 10 almonds. Needs vary from person to person, so a doctor or dietitian can guide you better.

Is delivery free across India?

Yes, on orders of Rs. 1,000 or more. Below that, shipping is a flat Rs. 100. We plan packing and dispatch so your order arrives in good condition, wherever it's going.

Can I order dry fruit gift boxes or bulk dry fruits for corporate gifting?

Yes. Gift boxes can be ordered on their own or added to a mithai and chocolate hamper. For bulk and corporate orders, send us your budget and headcount and we'll help you build the right hamper. You can also book a tasting appointment before a large order.

Do you offer bulk dry fruit hampers for corporate Diwali gifting?

Yep. We make corporate hampers of dry fruits in scale, differentiated by employee grade or client relationship, with branding, personalization and pan-India delivery. Book an appointment and we'll plan the quantities and timelines with you ahead of Diwali.

How should I store dry fruits after opening?

Keep in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight in an airtight container. The humidity makes them keep better in the fridge. Close the container firmly every time, so the nuts stay fresh.
